In 1816 George Sinclair published a book on grasses that influenced Charles Darwin as he evolved his theory of evolution by natural selection for the Origin of Species, 1859. Currently in 2016, we as a human species are drawn to nature in its entirety even though most of us live away from nature.  Julian Opie helps us to experience what the human soul needs, nature.

We are pleased to present the complete series of 6 lenticulars entitled Nature 2, along with the great publication by George Sinclair, Hortus Gramineus Wöburnensis;Or, an account of the results of experiments on the produce and nutritive qualities of different grasses and other plants used as the food of the more valuable domestic animals. . .
